1 - "Waiting for cheats" ?
You can already cheat yourself , it's a RPGM game, use a save editor

You must be registered to see the links

or Download this tool and you can cheat on absolutely everything, HP, combat stats, items, weapon, armor, gold
And even switchs and variables that control scenes and the game progression ( even if this is something not to mess with if you don't know what you're doing )

2 - There is not a lot of thing to cheat for in this game, it's more a VN than a RPG, no HP, no XP, no fight, no armors or weapons
the only thing you can cheat is gold to buy clothes and accessory, and a bottle of vodka and liquor for a quest, that's it

3 - There is a quest log in game, this is enough as a walkthrough... well this and a functional brain of course
As for the choice in game, it's only "do you want to be a dumb bimbo or a badass psycho ?" or "stay in between"
No need for a detailed walkthrough to tell you which choices lead to which route

Find that they did bugfixing/under the hood update with no real content
Over 100 posts of people arguing about weather the game is abandoned or if it'll ever get finished.
At least the forum has hours of new content
