If we were to open it now, we would just add in another unfinished questline. I'd like to focus on other parts of the game (like Vivarium) first.

Ahem, since i just fullfilled my duties as a follower i think i can ask another question, unrelated to the game.
You know there are lots of things to do on internet, there are games, porn, stupid cat videos etc etc etc etc list goes on, i am beginning to think recently there is a new wave, asking questions and making criticism to the single/small team indie developers. They making things seem like ''I am high, i had a bad day (on joker level) and now i will say things with using only 5% of my brain capacity (cuz we use 10% in our daily lives) and i will do it without any respect or empathy!''
Aaaaanyway, let me ask these questions to you and give you a turn to criticize things and tell the way things are going with a developer's eyes and soul.....What is wrong with people? What they expect from you? Non patreon folllowers have a right to act like they do? Do you think are you doing a favor to people by giving them a huge part of your paid work which takes a big slice of your current life time?
NOTE: This is not specifically directed to the people asking/telling things to Mulan right in here. It is something catches my eye in general, in almost every game thread. I just started to get tired seeing similar idiotic complains and hate talks and this is why you are seeing this message.

You clearly misunderstand what is going on here. No one demands anything from Mulan. People here just share their opinion on game and its development.
I mean, clearly mulan can quit this thread and this site and people still will be discussing how slow and shitty his work is, and that there are games with 10$ funding per month who makes more content per update than he did in last 5 years.

Personally, I think they’re just delusional. A lot of them hide behind this silly shield of “I’m doing this for other people! They shouldn’t waste their money on you, cos you bad! Look how noble I am!”, when in reality they just want more of the game and faster.
On top of that, they don’t understand how much time it takes to make anything. They never wrote anything, they never drew anything, they never coded. And it all seems easy to them.
They do not realize that they’re hurting the devs and are hindering the progress. I don’t think they mean it, they’re just acting on their emotions and aren’t really thinking about it. They care, but they don’t care enough to take a minute and think about it. At least that’s how I see them.

Please read last NOTE part, it is not about thes people talking with mulan recently, and you are right about second paragraph, that is why i wrote that message. I just don't understand people in general. Devs are coming in like ''Hey i spent half of my year to do this and normally i put this on patreon as a paid work but it is ok for you guys to download it from here and play it'' and a real large amount of people can still say ''Meh, ok just leave your work there on my faprow, it looks shitty btw, i want you to change this character and add this new mechanic....dev my ass, stupid idiot!'' after a month or so ''I told you to change this, why you didn't stupid fucker!''
Hellooo! You are getting it for free, you are eager test players and ad carriers for free work, that is your contract with developer, you can't demand anything in here, beyond that being rude and bratty about work is unacceptable and yes if you persist on doing that here is your 'Idiot' certificate, right here.
Thing i described above is happening EVERYWHERE, i was aware of it for a real long while so other people should be aware of it as well but no one says anything about it and there is an army of angry people, they are angry because some other people(devs) giving them something to pass some time and maybe give a fap as well. What else they want? Devs teleporting in their room and jacking them off maybe? If it was possible i bet they would complain about devs not doing that as well -_-

Well i can talk about this and continue making up things to describe how i see and feel about whole thing but i really don't want to do that because people can get it wrong at some point and i bet dev wouldn't like to follow here to see if some argument will rise or not so i am stopping right here, i won't reply to anything about this subject.

We don't have any obligations toward developer. Its a pirate site. We steal the game, and than discuss it among ourselves. Yeah, we wine about shitty developers all the time. Because why the fuck not? Most of them do turn development into milking their patreons.
Is it productive? Of course not. Well, playing porn games fucking your hand is not productive either.

Greetings! Apparently Mulan got drafted to the war, so no updates until the total capitulation of either side.
Hey mulan, do we have an ETA for the completion of the vivarium/farm route questline? Really enjoyed the farm content and can't wait to see more

If you are milking them then you are ripping them off which means it's ok to pirate the game. It doesn't matter that it's crowd funded and that a lot of these games have public releases. They want to be morally justified in doing something immoral which is hilarious considering they are pilfering porn. That's the reason the go on and on about that milking bs. Ironically the only reason they are mad is because you aren't milking them fast enough.
