Yes but if you want to maximize your int, aka smart Kira, there are a few lust choice that reduce your int so generally to unlock 10+ lust event it is required to unlock first "New You" facility either by main quest or by chief hypno then do the dream training during which you need to find the 5 interaction (2 lenin/graf and 3 computer) which allow you at the end to choose what change you get and get the boost in Lust while not getting the int drop.

There isn't much content gatekeeped behind the 10+ lust requirement, only the naked gym and the commando option. You can do quite a lot of progressively sluttier act in the game without worry. There is one smart Kira dialogue that appear when you meet Joey for the first time that has a requirement of intelligence.
Usually unless you are in the bimbo range of int the player is given control of how Kira react.

Currently the only events chain that you lose by progressing the main quest is the analrapist chief officer one. But if you want a smart free minded slutty Kira you generally want to avoid it either way (except the first encounter where you can gain 1 point).
However there is a window of opportunity, once you have unlocked the rebel base and the mind jammer before reporting to Helga you can do the chief officer and avoid hypnosis.

For a smart non endoctrinated Kira yes.
But once you get access to the jammer in the main quest you can get exposed to brainwashing event without getting brainwashed (cost you a jammer each time).
Always have a jammer on you once you have access to them.

Thank you for the answers and the help.
However, I can't stomach the waste of time the RPG game engine has of all that walking around and the lack of proper skipping text(can't call Z or hold enter a skip). Even if the game has some charm in its story, art or whatever; the sole reason of the engine used here, gives no incentive to progress forward and nothing is quite intuitive.
Ironically, I feel l am losing intelligence points(not in-game). And no, it isn't about wanting "fast food sex" or a "fast fap", the gameplay should accompany the content or at least, not waste the player's time.
