I have an honest question: isn't the new version already out, the v0.5 i, or does it still have bugs because it hasn't been released here yet, or will it take a few more years until it's out on the site?

How do you get bigger breasts? I am currently stuck at 4 after the farm event but checking the game files It says there 9 sizes available

You should be able to be at 5 but that requires to do the "dream simulation" in new you, accessible either by progressing the main quest or by doing the "analrapist" side questline.
The size up to nine are just coded to be able to accept future breast enhancements no yet in the game.

While you can't yet get a size larger than 5(I think?) You can get a sort of a preview at the lab in the hospital, In the office of the dude who hypnotizes you

Is there a walkthrough somewhere that goes into details about how to acquire the various breast enlargements?

Also is the experimental breast-enlargement supposed to fail at the clinic? 50 god damn rubbies down the drain has me malding.

Just choose the bimbo options and you will get a bigger breast, also the experimental enlargement is all up to chance, if you get lucky or save scum you can get it to work, normally with and if you have been choosing the bimbo options this would get you to size 4, after which you will need to complete the dream sequence in New You to get size 5 by choosing the bimbo option.

I don't know if you have played this game before or not but make sure when you are on a certain island you return back to talk to a mother like character.
