It's already been decided on this. Face 4 won the intermediary poll, but Face 1 won in the final poll, so that's the one that we'll get.

Howdy! Here’s what’s up:
The first part of this post was uploaded a while ago, in it I go more in depth about why Kira’s face needs to be upgraded to begin with. Here’s a link to it, in case you missed it or want to refresh your memories:

As promised, I spent my “free” time working on different versions of her face and I first upgraded all other girls that needed an uplift to get more experience.

In the next part I’ll talk a bit more about how I did this, in case you’re curious, and talk about all three new versions of her face. There’s also a survey at the end of this post.

First, let’s talk about “How”:
To make sure that she looks identical from different angles, I used AI to turn her around. I’ve tried many different generators and told the machine to make over thirty different versions of Kira turning, the one shown below is the “best” result I’ve got and I used it as a starting point.

I took the frames I needed from what AI hallucinated (the first row above), and used it as a reference point for the second row.
I repeated the same process for the other two faces, since I struggled to make her face identical on my own and I really think we need precision here.
That’s it when it comes to how I did this, not let’s talk about the faces themselves.

Face 1 is the closest one to her current artwork, I just painted over her current face, the goal here was to just upgrade her textures, her skin, and add in more details. I also did my best to fix the glaring imperfections of her current art - unrealistic jawline and disproportionate size of her eyes, but, by all means, it is the upgraded version of her current face.
Face 2 is a refined version of the face I’ve been using in all current in-game “frontal” Kira events (in Chief events, Red Kira events, latest Prison Chef/Olga event, etc.). It’s the same face I’ve been using and slightly tweaking over the years, but now with different angles to maintain the consistency in her art.
Face 3 is the one that looks the least like current Kira, it still has the “defining” features of her character (angry eyebrows, plump lips, prominent cheekbones, smokey eyeshadow), but it’s different, primarily because of her eyes. To me, she looks like a model that would stab you, the kind of girl that you see on the mugshot and think “I can fix her”, which is the look I was going for here.
I personally like all three versions of her face and they all are valid in their own way, but since this is a pretty significant change to the existing content and the main characters that you’ve grown accustomed to, I believe it is not for me to decide which one fits her best - It’s up to you and the democracy.
Changing her face in game (regardless of what option we will land on) will be an extremely tedious process that I am not looking forward to, but it has to be done to make sure Kira’s art is on par with the rest of the girls and is consistent from every angle.
Consistency in her art would allow me to have an option of changing the angle in H-events mid event, which is something I’ve been deliberately avoiding due to her current face looking too different from every angle. I also want to create one “master-file” with all her faces, hair, facial accessories and expressions and to use it in all our future events, saving me a lot of time (I was constantly borrowing her faces from different events, editing them or even redrawing them in some cases.) and the new faces are really high-rez, allowing me to make more close-ups of whatever is happening.

This post and the survey attached to it are not the deciding one, it’s a discussion. I want your thoughts, your feedback and hopefully your approval, and I won’t just decide this on my own without your input.
If the majority of you are happy with this, then I will start a deciding poll that will determine what new face Kira will get and begin the slow and tedious process of replacing all her faces. I don’t want this to slow down the development, so I’ll spend my “free” time doing this and the facial upgrade will be a part of some other planned update in the future, once I’m done replacing all pictures.
Again, nothing is written in stone yet, I really want your feedback and I will not just unilaterally decide to change her face without your approval. Please do tell me what you think about the version I prepared for you today, and if all goes well - we’ll move forward with Kira’s upgrade.
There will be other posts and polls about Kira (her hair is next) and I’ll soon finally publish the ultimate Olga post that just lists everything I already told about her. Thank you all for your patience and support, the end is near!

It's nice that the development of the game has come to life again. But it seems to me that it is better to try not to touch it for 2-3 years so that later you can enjoy a lot of new content.

Well, I haven't touched the game in almost four years. Reading the discussions here now, I'm a little disappointed. It seems like it hasn't changed much since version 0.4?

And how do I do that? I honestly don't have much things to do. The roommates want to have a drinking party else they won't talk to me. I got a bottle of vodka and that's not good enough? Are we in russia or not? They want liquor (whatever that is) and that's out of stock. Then there's the massage place which I won't enter because I'm not .... whatever, enough, yet. Then there's the hospital. They told me to have breast surgery so I just left. I don't want MC to have bigger boobs! Don't tell me that's mandatory to advance in completely unrelated thing like getting a job at the dormitory. I hate when games are wired like that. It's idiotic & dated.

The first increase is mandatory in the way that it's forced on Kira and linked to the overall plot, it's quite small and can be removed later when progressed enough on the main quest.

I guess I have to back to hospital, then. See non-con is actually my kink so I do like when things are forced on the MC, but I kinda tend to rebel when things are forced on me as a player.
