I'm pretty sure you need to finish the prison questline and get the Deck for hacking before you can interact with the terminals in the Dream sequence.

You do. You're not able to get the "fuck you" option at the end of "Dream" until Olga sends you on the mission to infiltrate New You. While you are able to unlock the first floor of New You by following the "analrapist" quest, you won't be able to get the "fuck you" option because you won't be able to get all five triggers for it. You might be able to get neutralizers to nullify the brainwashing, but you'd have to complete the prison quest to unlock buying those in the first place.

I suspect there will be no new updates this year, the game and the updates are getting less and less sad, the game has potential but the developers are letting it slide, the game is sad, what a mess

Hi. Here's an excerpt from the WT, and I was wondering if the third day of this "sort of" side quest (the mother's ritual) has already been implemented in this release. Could someone please tell me?

Talk with Mother. She will give Kira a list of ingredients for a ritual potion. Gather the ingredients and drink it. Mother’s ritual will take three days; the first two of these are in game and the third is not currently implemented. Sleep on a haystack in between each ritual stage/Hevent. This will give Kira the hucow background (first day), lactation fetish (second day), and pregnancy fetish (third day).

Ok scratch that, the third day is implemented, but here another...Bug? Don't know, but here another excerpt from the WT.
I went to the farm and talked to the little girl, but I can't catch that darn cat, even though I know (or at least I think I know) where it is and where the ladder is. When I try to take the ladder, she just says it might be useful and refuses to take it. And when she's near the entrance to the "church" (where the Mother is), the cat is pacing back and forth behind a fence and nothing happens. She doesn't say she's seen it and she can't get past the trees. Is this a bug or have I missed something?

Go to the Farm. Talk with the little girl who lost her cat. Go back to the main area in Vivarium to find her cat near the entrance to the church, then get a ladder so you can reach it. Return the cat to the girl and choose the “grillmaster” option.
That's not the good cat, it's in the North-west part before the transition to Mother zone.

Well, f*** my playthrough and scratch that too. The cat I saw wasn't the good one. There just a sparkle in place of the fella. I don't know what I was expecting, but had I knew how this will end for the cat... ugh!

Just joking. Pretty funny actually, like this guy called snowman, who want terraform the place with fridges. Is the "S" in "O-M-S" stand for stupid?

When putting the "Skirt'n'shirt" outfit... Well, better sow it than making a long ass explanation. Just so you know, "she" already sold the schoolgirl outfit to the tailor after the shower quest/incident.

From what I've read, there seem to be many quests that have been started a long time ago, and I have a feeling we're not going to see the end of them anytime soon. "Schrödinger's Candidate" (at the vivarium) and now "Movie Magic" (the bus is inaccessible), and probably others, for example, the mobster who offers Kira a job after she agrees to save the gym. He gives her the business card for his club, "Pet Snake Grooming," but there's nothing in the quest log, nor any way or indication of how to access it.
So, started eight years ago, pleasant and humorous narrative, certainly, but far too few renders to make the scenes "come alive" (a dictionary is better illustrated than this game), a number of unfinished quests, and so on... I like games where the corruption develops slowly, but isn't the notion of "slow burning" taken to the extreme here?
