Okay, these are the controls explained in detail.
-- Willpower: This is the number of actions you can perform. To reset it, simply go to the Go Out tab > Take a Rest.
-- Prep (I'm not sure if this is important): This is a poorly labeled statistic used to view the girls' minigame design (it shows 100% of the design once; you'll have to reload the prep if you want to see a different or the same design again). To load it, you have to summon the girls in the order shown in the upper left corner three times during the Planning Phase. (Taking a Rest resets this statistic.) It has four phases: -10% (default), -5%, 5%, and 10% (maximum).
-- Planning Phase: This is the tool used to summon the girls. Each girl has four stats: Trust, Desire, Vulnerability, and Dependence. You must explore each one and then manipulate them to progress in the game.
- Explore: You need to press "Focus" on the stats of the person you choose, then press "Next." She will ring the doorbell, then press "Action" (you don't need to wait for her to ring the doorbell). You will have a conversation with her. To continue, press the indicated buttons. A cutscene of her walking will play, and when it stops, press "Action" again. Another conversation will begin, and then the cutscene of her walking to the exit will repeat. When all this is over, go to the planning phase and check the view. You will now see blank squares in the design. Repeat this until the blank squares are blocked by squares of other colors.
-Maniputale: In the planning phase, select "explore" and it will change to "manipulate," then press "next." This will give you access to the minigame where you move with WASD, place a square with E (I have no idea what it's for), and if you collect a bomb, place it with Space (it explodes after 3 seconds). These bombs are used to destroy black squares. As you advance, yellow, brown, and red squares will appear. Brown or red circles will also appear that you shouldn't touch, or you'll be arrested.
...White squares: these are where you can walk freely, make sure you are here before the time runs out (30 sec) this changes with modifiers.
... Black squares: these appear as an exploration limit and will force you to manipulate them to destroy them with bombs, you can also destroy them without the minigame from modifiers (go down), keep in mind that you are at risk of being arrested.
... Brown squares: I don't know how they break in Maniputale, they can be broken in Modifiers.
... Red squares: I don't know how they break in Maniputale, they can be broken in Modifiers.
... Yellow squares: These appear when you break black, brown, and red squares. They also appear if you enter the minigame with the modifiers set to negative (-1, -2, -3, etc.). Press "Accept" to save the points. The more yellow squares there are, the more suspicious the girl will become. To remove them, you have to set the modifiers to positive (1, 2, 6 maximum) and use the modifier on the stat where you want to delete the squares. You don't have to do anything in the minigame; just don't get caught. When time runs out, you can check that some yellow squares have been deleted in the "View" section.
For now, that's all I know, and the rest seems intuitive.
