I'm not saying it's not worth it, it definitively is and I do it myself.
I'm just saying that for me the save is still there, just under a different path. Since each version has differently named hmtl files (Degrees of Lewdity v.X.X.X.html), the saves don't show up for newer versions until you rename the html file.

those links are out of date anyway. use vrelnir.com. official site, doesn't require verifications, always up to date. latest version is 0.5.3.3.

Is it possible to slow down or completely turn off the tanning mechanics?
Or is it possible, for example, to automatically apply sunscreen as a cure for hair growth?
Going to the mirror menu every 24 game hours and manually applying the cream is quite tedious...

I've never renamed the files and my saves have always been there after an update. File name doesn't matter for this.

I know there's a mechanic of wearing less/no clothes, but it seems to exclusively resulting in hiding behind cars and alleyways. But cheers for responding.
I mean like "my character will walk around town loud and proud butt naked" exhibition (or even wearing underwear). It seems they are still as meek but more daring, rather than a degenerate

Afaik it's also bit of a "it's illegal" thing.
At exhib 5+ you can once a day have a nude walk around the beach. If in the relationship, you can also stay at Robin's room naked.
There's a bunch of exhibitionism opportunities if you walk around in a skirt and no underwear.
I'd also love expansion to exhibitionism and casual nudity aspects of it tbh, though not sure how high up it'd be for being worked on. I'd say the nude run across town could use some work at least though, because it's the exact same sequence of events any time you try going out in underwear or nude.

you're using chrome-based browser.
in chrome, any html opened from any folder on your pc will have access to the data stored by any other html on your pc. one html app can read, leak, alter, and delete stored data from every other html app. not great for security.
firefox requires that storage access is tied to the exact same folder and name of the html file to prevent that. though it can be changed if you don't care about security risks
exactly, you have to be really brave (or stupid, or both) to trust such security policy.
nevertheless, same behavior can be achieved in firefox by setting `security.fileuri.strict_origin_policy` to false in `about:config`.

There's plenty of text based games with varying degrees of visual aids.
But, there's nothing quite like DoL.

at game creation/settings would like to see some fine tuning done specifically fetish settings
would like to have beasts/monsters/humans,etc BUT disable everything else thats listed on beasts tab
(hover mouse over to see the list i wanna disable BUT exclude beast/bestiality from THAT list and the rest be disabled)
im not into bugs plants parisites and the rest to me they are NOT beasts they are plants bugs tentacles parasites
