i will like in the temple the chance to stay at night... specially if you stay past dawn, maybe not every night but maybe up to 3 days a week? also a locker and a mirror will be nice to have here too.

ways this can be implemented may be:

because there not much beds in the quarters and all are taken MC can't stay there, (or probably there things they do there and don't want MC to find out, yet) but the temple has a homeless hostel room for them to stay the night. part of the quarters but in a separate part of the temple. And is here MC can stay the night, maybe only up to 3 days a week because at the 3erd day sleeping here on a row Baily will come for you and take you back to the orphanage and probably rape you after with one of his goons or clients. telling MC he wont get away of their agreement and that MC is his property, yara yara yara...

if MC sleeps there randomly the 3erd day nuns will tell MC they are full capacity and he can't stay that night and so on till next week (each time nuns reject MC for being full capacity MC will surfer a boost on stress, because that means he has to return to the orphanage at night time) .
Homeless hostel will be ONLY available after the 21:00 hour and close at 6:00 regardless of how much sleep MC needs, this mean hostel will be only available at night time.

my two cents, and thanks for considering it, there maybe other ways to implement this, but that is my thought.

Also please tune down the wolf/tentacle rape in the temple garden, or at least when a wolf attacks you and you shout for help don't be judge by the nuns and monks AS IF you initiate it, which will damage your grace status. is a LOSE/LOSE situation. (the only effective way to stop this is with pepper spray as if you submit you will be caught by a nun or monk with same results, pretty annoying)

Therefore, the question for the fans is do we really want the game to encompass all possible varieties of lewdity to the point it becomes a larger than life SimLife with sex? I mean, most lewd games are quite narrow-focused in their sexual content with very limited story-driven choices despite their large file sizes, usually taken by overblown graphics.

While I am not opposed per se to the idea of including more varieties, we should also consider that the wider the range of content in developmnet is, the shallower the content implemented will be with the same time investment.
With that in mind, I would prefer the focus of the game not to shift drastically from the original image, at least until what is currently in the works and plans is resolved.

Also, Lilith's Throne comes to mind with this topic, a game considered by some as "wide as an ocean but as deep as a puddle" because of the range of content the dev tries to ipmlement, but lacking meat for most of it. I would rather not see DoL become another such scattered project, even though Vrelnir seems far more organized than Innoxia.

I think the whole idea of everyone being out to sex you (instead of the reverse) and that including beasts, tentacles etc, to be a very sexy idea, and many times nonconcensual (also not usually a thing), extremely much so when in a fictional sense like this. Story and lore is almost always a nice touch, but I dont need it to justify there being rape in a game, which is the sort of vibe I get from some others, which while a perfectly fine opinion to have, is an opinion that I do not agree with.

Trying to get your footing in Rapeton def has a learning curve but once you fall into the routine you start to "get it". I think a lot of people just go out and get molested immediately and hurry into a downward spiral but there's a certain amount of appeal and satisfaction in stubbornly refusing to let the oppressive atmosphere of the setting get the better of you. You start to find things, little things, that get your character through the day or give them something to look forward to (like being with Robin or helping the other kids at the orphanage) and as your situation becomes more desperate you start to discover odd things in your efforts to stay afloat.

You scratch off the experience in layers and the whole aesthetic of it is really unique. It also helps that the gameplay loop isn't just mindless stat grinding; it's actually fun to go to school and discover all the things you can do. The fact that you -can- do so much is part of it, too. Want to play as a crossdressing boy or girl? Go for it! Want to go off the grid? You can delve into that and discover methods that you never would have guessed at. The fact that the game is so reactive (especially for what is, at its core, a simple text game) is what makes it so compelling. If you push it'll push back, if you go digging around you might pay for it but you might also discover something amazing.

I think it's a mostly great game I just think some event triggers need to just not.

Like if you step outside the orphanage and you instantly get attacked, where is the logic in that? Can you imagine stepping outside your house and there's just some rapist standing there who instantly attacks you?

Just that change would make the game a bit less annoying I'd say. Some areas of the game seem ridiculously dangerous and then others are fine. I've travelled across the whole town through alleyways many many times and only got attacked a few times but coming out of the park toilets or beach changing room it's like a 50/50 chance, this would make sense at night when there's hardly anyone around of course.

If you're referring to the very first attack, that's the Encounter tutorial. Which both teaches you about what the actions can do in combat and how attackers will react to differant responses and that screaming during the day will end it. But also what you're getting into game wise and what MOST of the game is about with the first part being combat, and the follow up being about stress management (with the stranger who gives you the pepper spray).

Nah not that one, I get that though it is an insanely weird tutorial, feel like you should have only had the option to go to school and there you get attacked instead of the instant you walk out a door.

Well when you step outside of the orphanage, I think 2 minutes passes, or maybe 5? I think it's assumed that you walk down the street a bit, too. More like stepping out of your house and getting attacked at the corner of the street by someone who was there waiting for a bus or just passing by

Same, but as far as I can discern, it doesnt actually have any bad effects on gameplay, but dont quote me on that, because I dont know for sure.

This exactly! It is a very fine line to balance on in terms of game's (any game's, not just porn) variety of content, immersivness, playability and time investment. Despite liking 'deep' complex games, I have to admit the ones that I enjoy the most are those simpler and shorter. The sandbox mode, while an exciting prospect quickly becomes feeling pointless after you've mastered all the mechanics and amassed all the feats or monies there were to amass.

Another great text game comes to mind, FreeCities and the PregMod followup, which after a while feel like a limitless economy simulators for extreme fetishists. While your first few slaves feel they have personalities to match your kinks (or to bend to your kinks?) and put them on free (or perhaps term 'libertine' would be more appropriate) sex market, you eventually end up with a self-sustaining factory of perversity, running brothel/night club/diary/in-breeding creche operations on a megaindustrial scale, with scores upon scores of buttsluts, gender-bending exhibitionists, complete masochists, sadistic prison guards, fearless sex gladiators, human cows, midless fucktoys, etc. etc. who are basically the same kinky paper dolls whose names you've either long forgotten or stopped caring about weeks ago x10, x100, x1000... The only way to end this is just to get bored with the game.

On the other hand, there are great games that you can start and finish in one late afternoon / evening sitting if you know how to play. And there's plenty of fapping opportunities in these games too, although not all possible fancies will be tickled. But a game is just a game: not a faithful simulator of reality, but a chunk (a board) of a made-up world inspired by reality and governed by a bunch of simple rules, with a set number of pieces, thus a set (though uncountable) number of possible moves.

Control increases slowly over time if you're not taking a lot of trauma. Taking the pills from the doctor every day also increases it.

It doesn't have any new prompt. You just go there and get refills from time to time, even if you don't get any use for it, after you paid for it, there is now a chance that a event related to it will trigger upon entering the orphanage and the rebeliious will rise for one tick.

lewdity stats decrease over time. When your stats are near maxed don't choose lewd options unless you really need more control (to control insomnia for example)

Stealing and beating peeps up in encounters works. And defiant talking actions like mocking their looks works aswell but you have to find the right responce.

This is an issue yes, however i see Vrel combat this by using updates to "deepen" spots like the Cafe and the Temple as well as characters like Mason. Sure there is little "story" content/progression being added to the "main" through line but i understand that Vrel would like to work on this "early" game state before moving on progression wise.
I think he went with the sandbox approach so that he could keep adding all the little story plots for NNPCs and not upset a main plot if something clashed and it seems he wants everything accessable straight off the bat for players.
But i think the balance is fine as the game is still very aggressive towards you even with all the new "dub" spots being added he still adds ways to vigerously fuck you over like the night beast and blindfolding events.
And we are getting more and more bigger things to spend money on and hopefuly with this farm update a way to make greater sums.
But i think the economy of this game is out of balance and are unsure what to propose to fix it as i quite can't put my finger on the problem but i feel there is one, it feels off.

It's up there, it only gives you a refill on your spray if you use any and only every so often.
