I will add my 5 cents to Midge's reply, as I started this current discussion by making an observation to them that a lot of frustration with this games comes from players who wish to play it as a manly boy and are unable to find many ways to do so, because despite the advertised sandboxy and highly customizable character of this game, it really isn't. And as Midge rightly observed, the premise of the game is "play[ing] an 18-year-old boy or girl in a town full of people with lewd intentions: go[ing] to school and find[ing] honest work, turn[ing] to a life of crime, or sell[ing] your body in more carnal ways.

The game has strong sexual themes, and lots of sex in general. You can choose the gender of the people who'll be attracted to you, and fetishes such as tentacles can be toggled off in settings."

Nowhere it says that regardless of which sex (I am not using the term 'gender (identity)' here on purpose) you choose, you'll be pretty much a bottom bitch with more or less luck in trying hard not to be one... or simply enjoying your degradation. A newcomer player has to find this out themselves.

And again, as much as I enjoy this game as a quite compelling sexual trauma (soft) simulator with one of the most advanced sexual encounter interface that a text-based game can offer, I can understand the frustration of those players who wish to play this game as straight, assertive boys valiantly overcoming adversity, only to find out that the toggle 'percentage of women attracted to you' means how many out of all sexual assaults you are going to suffer will be perpetrated by women... with strapons, if you want to make it more menacing. Those same players are then asking the author to add a gun store to the Shopping Centre or at least a sports equipment outlet where they could purchase a baseball bat, coz they've had just about all the buggery they would handle.

At the very basic, sex-combat level, the male sexual actions that the PC can perform aren't really there, while the female PC has almost the entire repertoire of such actions, even including a foot job, which is a skill rarer than triple deep throat. The PC's penis is not a penis as long as their penetrating with it is considered an act of submission. Interestingly enough, females using strapons (which are prosthetic dicks, after all) on the PC will be considered the dominant (topping) party. If sexual fantasies and enjoyment one can derive from this game are to be plausible then we should all agree that a boy is not just a flat-chested girl with a dick slapped on and that said dick is basically just a protruding or prolapsed vagina for the PC, a receptacle to other people's lust, while the NPCs' dicks (real and rubber ones alike) represent all the dominant phallic might that they posses. Penile virginity? Really? Never thought that phimosis is equivalent of a hymen. In the male submission / sissification / transformation genre NOT using one's dick is considered submissive, not the other way around. Why then wearing a chastity cage is equal to wearing a chastity belt, which is protection from other people's sexual advances?

Eh i kind of agree and kind of don't. Yes this game seems more geared towards playing as a female but only because some of the stuff "doesn't make sense" if you are a male if viewed like that. Do stuff that requires promiscuity. These actions are labeled "Promiscuity 1/2/3…".
At first you can only do "Promiscuity 1". If you repeat it enough you can do more.
But other stats might be also required to get there.

The best way to get promiscurity quickly is to hit the Pub. You will get to level 2-3 very quickly while also working on your seduction skill. But the school offers abit towards this if you want to get it in a more "natural" way.

I'm pretty sure i covered ALL your points not just some. Well when i brought up my own you dismissed them as being wrong out of hand. And so i was forced to destroy more of your shoddy logic instead.
Oh and i read your posts quite carefully. So i'll get that last comment out of the way first. These were your last 2 sentences as far as i could tell.

I'll prepare a bunch of examples later today or tomorrow to show you what I mean by 'feminine-biased' sex combat with a few suggestions on how a male-route sexual combat could (and should, in my 'problematic' opinion) look like, both red/brown (Defiant/Bratty) and purple/pink (Submissive/Meek) tints of lewdity.

One of the reasons i don't like overlaying RL(it's of course fine to "base" a game in the RL and get insperation from it) and the Game world. All bets are off in-game. A baby can take down tanks in a game.

The risk of being attacked is present in plenty of "dominance" games too, only the vast majority of them do not give you the option of having sex with the gangsters, werewolves or killbots. Granted them taking sexual initiative is kinda rare too especially if you don't count the occasional "charm" or "drain kiss" from succubus-type enemies.

I definitely agree there could be more seduction/consensual options but honestly there are a decent number which DON'T involve prostitution so unless you view those purely as "training" or "stat boosts" they actually are additional content outside of Bailey's extortion (or the alternatives). OK guys, here are my brief observations from playing just the 1st day of the game as a boy.

First, the game's combat tutorial explains the actions:

There are three common ways to escape an attacker; fight them off, sexually satisfy them, or be rescued. Defiant (red) acts will hurt them. Hurt them enough and you'll escape. However, defiant acts will anger them, making them more violent.

They'll be happy to use you as a passive toy, but submissive (purple) acts will make them cum faster. Once spent, they'll usually leave you alone. Some submissive acts will occupy their genitals, so they can't use them in more dangerous ways.

Meek (pink) acts will endear you to them without being directly sexual. Meek acts will make them trust you more, and often have effects which may help you.

Bratty (brown) acts protect you in ways that defies your attacker's will without hurting them. Bratty acts will reduce trust and increase anger.

Finally, you could scream (brown) for help. Whether it will help or make things worse depends on who's around to hear. Screaming at night or in the wilderness will only anger your attacker. You won't be able to scream (or speak) if your attacker has you gagged. For this encounter, screaming will get you rescued. Each part of your body can perform one action per turn. Choose your actions, then click next or press enter to continue.

Now, setting the game with high female to male attraction, here's what I got:
