Something like that. If you still have stat decay checked, you can always wait for the stat to downgrade so you can keep your seggs skills at a certain level range.
I don't know about avoid, you'll be surprised that some people are into that~~~
Definitely not me. I'm not a sub enjoyer, always a top so something telling me what to do is a turn-off for me along with degrading me.

You can definitely max out all your skills without losing any of your virginities. For example, you can always rub your vulva against another woman's for perfectly safe vaginal skilling, or you can work at the brothel's gloryholes for guaranteed control of sexual encounters (though you don't get paid very well for it...). When you're engaged in consensual sex, you can also ask your partner(s) to not penetrate you (and they'll give you either a yes/no which the game is kind enough to not lie about), so you can have guys rub/tease you without penetrating, which also works for skilling. And if you want, you can also get a chastity belt to reliably protect both your vagina/anus but which will still allow you to level up your skills until you're ready as well. As I said, there are definitely options if you want to play a specific way - I would know, because I do as well!

If I ever do a no-reload run, which I do eventually want to try once I have some better ideas on how to make it less painful for me, you can bet your ass that I'm going to be abusing the hell out of chastity belts - especially if I keep the "sexual skills max out at C" handicap I modded in. Though I don't normally use a chastity belt, I do appreciate that they're there, since they make certain playstyles possible that might otherwise not realistically be.
You get to choose how to get guys off when you're working the gloryholes. Depending on your character's level of awareness (which is the stat that determines how far you can willingly go with your sexual techniques), that can be as simple or as gratuitous as you like.
Damn I was hoping for a lesbian prostitute, only ONE game so far lets you do lesbian prostitution, and even then has its flaws

With the default settings, you'll definitely get plenty of women heading your way as well, and you can always turn down men who proposition you (yes, including at the brothel, and even in the gloryholes!). Actually, you can change the settings so that ONLY women are interested in you, but that'll stop men from assaulting you as well, which I'm not sure if is the effect you actually want. If it is, just go into your Game Settings (accessible during character creation and also whenever you visit your room at the Orphanage) under NPC Genders and change those settings (and really, you should look at them regardless). Even though I can't quite get them to what I personally want (1. I want homosexual NPC pairings to be at 10%, 2. I want women to be attracted to my female character at about 25%, 3. I want men to make up about 90% of sexual assaults against my female character...I think I can get two of these, but not all three due to how the settings work), I am appreciative insofar that you can modify those settings at all, and they may get you closer to what you like.

When you dance, you can choose to accept an offer from a patron, but turning down that offer while still on the stage won't end the dance, IIRC. but it does advance it a 'turn' so you might get pounced by the crowd if you're in a perilous spot. I recommend taking the initial offer if the crowd's lust is in the red and awe is low, and then turning them down after the price is settled (or it can be the 'I just want to talk' patron, who're basically free money for like 30 minutes of your time)
Also, turning down one in the gloryholes is a minimal time loss (like, 5 minutes or so)
I great enjoy this game's customization, because it lets me live out my little freak fantasies of lots of big women with huge tits and even fatter cocks~

It depends on what you're doing. If you turn down someone at the gloryholes (and really, you should not be working the gloryholes unless you're doing some kind of stat-grinding because of how time inefficient it generally is - for both yourself and your character, really), you'd lose ten minutes for another chance at someone else. If you're stripping and a guy propositions and you turn him down, I don't think you'll lose any time, you just go back to dancing and hope that a lady propositions you before things get out of control instead (though if you're really concerned about your virginities, it's probably a better idea to wait until you unlock the strip club before you start doing any stripping, because shit can get out of your control real fast at the brothel if you're not careful, the strip club is much safer). Those are the two basic jobs at the brothel, though there are more jobs you can unlock as the game goes on and you gain prestige in the community.
Or as Thunderthewolf14 said, you can initially accept a proposition offer but then back out as well, I forgot about that. That's probably the better idea to avoid peril at the brothel.
