There has been three surveys here, multiple in the lolicon site where Vrelnir posted the game before.
There is new content but sometimes is behind late game stuff or is not that relevant for certain people but it is for others. However, I agree that it feels stale, specially with the porn content, the updates that we receive for it has been mostly GUI and some new actions, new spicy dialogues has been non existing.
As I mention before, it sucks that if you are faithful with Kylar you can't access the manor without being kidnap and also being faithful to Whitney while being bully as always.
Asking for the game to be better in a reasonable way and more consistent can't be a bad thing. But as people mention before, I will love to see the exiting content being expanded, there has been like a year without updates for the swimming teacher who has been one of the main winners in the survey.
I've no idea which surveys you refer to - Vrelnir has linked, exactly, 2, from what I can tell, both here and on their blogs. Are you referring to regular players posting a poll or whatever as a survey?
If that's the case, it's completely irrelevant - people who click certain tags like said tags.... The official surveys they've done - the ones on Vrel's blog, the reddit, this site and everywhere else, pregnancy was the most requested feature, 78% of the players were excited about pregnancy being added (and 8.7% completely unexcited), 70% of the players turned the feature on (some find i a chore, apparently) and 81% are happy with how the update turned out.
But now that that's out of the way, expanding the game content and improving it will probably be the focus. There's no other big requested features (besides letting the PC go dominant, which goes against the theme of the game so I doubt they will) and it was quite important to get this out of the way as it's been years since it was the most requested feature and as they complained about many times, the issue with it was that lots and lots of scenes have to be adjusted to remain fitting - they didn't want a janky implementation (like many games have...) where pregnant PC's drink and nobody comments, nor is it a collection of sex scenes the way fenoxo's games are where they can just kind of make a few pregnancy scenes and nobody else reacts.
They did a lot of work adjusting a *lot* of old content and now that the mechanics are all there, they can make new content keeping them in mind and continue to revise old content they come across. Had they done an incomplete implementation (e.g. excluding fertility, condoms, morning after pills, actual childbirth etc at first, as many games do), they would have had to revise everything *again* if it turned out people wanted those features...
I think the fact even leg-locking is in is kind of wild, I've never seen that option in a game before.
