The zoom issue is fixed in v0.3.12.4.

I'm having this exact same issue. I even tried the test skin color button in the creation phase, but when the game started, *BAM* Bright Red

Bailey seems to charge differently according to what each orphan is capable of making, like the mafia does with protection rackets.
