This worked. Thank you. For whatever reason the basic windows extraction didn't work and I had to use an external one like WinRAR or in my case BreeZip.

when steam is open in the background then u play the delivery hot game you downloaded. make sure open the game after u have steam open not before steam was opened.

still the same grey screen/after mango party logo. I can interact with something i cant see, i just pressed close to bottom right and it asked me if i want to overwrite a save
