If you have to ask then you won't like it.

Personally, I think it is neither, as my understanding of ntr is that it requires some sort of love.

This is a manipulation/rape simulator. I don't think any of the women can be described as love interests for the MC. He is just a horny and manipulative asshole and anyone that thinks he is motivated by love is twisted.
