I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not out for getting reactions from people about a "taboo"-topic on a board about a incest-focused game. That'd be weird.

The issue is that if you can't differentiate between fantasy and real-life you pose a greater risk to society than the people that do.

However, there are plenty of side-quests that do not include incest so you could focus on those and, if you are willing, you could just CTRL through the main-story stuff that usually revolves around MC and his family. Maybe look away for 4-5 seconds while you do.
If you love the game so much it seems like a reasonable thing to do.

That being said, no, there won't be a way to censor that topic within the game, the developer has a clear vision and he won't bother adjusting in order to cater to an audience he does not wish to reach.
The game simply isn't for you and luckily enough there are plenty of other options for you to pick from.

I would love to be able to replay the last few updates, it would be great if that option was implemented somehow; if not I'll just look at the gallery but it's less fun! I would ask for saves but usually they don't work on new updates :/

Won't happen for a few updates, it's kind of a feature of this game, the mom is a slow burn and will come last. Hate it, love it, that's the way things are
