They don't need it. in V0.07, people can start:
1) at the beginning of the game
2) at the beginning of v0.06.5
3) at the beginning of v0.07

you are extracting all the game files and playing them from your computer and not from within the zip/rar/7z file, right?
if you are - make sure before you close the game that a save folder was created with your save files (including config and global save files) - I would recommend backing them up somewhere else, just in case.
