You are playing the beta from 20 jul. That was fixed and you should either download the public patch or the entire public version.

Had the same issue and "you're playing the beta from 20jul" is not the answer for me at least. Make sure you're actually using the latest version and if it doesn't work, try activating Leslie new content then go on the date with Sunny. That's how I fixed it on my end.

I do not ever want to abandon this project and I would do everything in my power to continue it even if I had to do it without support/alone, it brings me more joy and freedom than any other work I've made. This was posted on our Substar and in our Discord, so I'm sharing it here as well (adjusted to fit F95).

It's a small bug that will get a proper patch (along with any other bugs we might fix) sometime in August. Because of real life obligations we do not have time to create a whole official patch right now.

For PC (Windows), MacOS, and Linux
Download the .zip file in the OP or this comment and drop the file Map085 into the data folder and overwrite.

To access the data folder on MacOS, right-click Game.app and click "Show Package Contents", then navigate to: Contents -> Resources -> app.nw.

For Android
Unfortunately we cannot apply fixes fairly easily like we can above. The current workaround is to load a save before the you begin the Sunny boardwalk date and go finish the v0.07 Leslie content you put on hold. Apologies for the inconvenience.

A US bill is apparently being considered to make it illegal for payment processors to do anything other than...wait for it...process payments. We'll have to see, though.
For people who wanna make a difference, though, contact your state reps and tell them to vote for the bill and contact your card company (by phone; emails can get filtered) to complain and threaten to switch providers.

Nowhere near the majority. In fact, nowhere near a significant minority (so far, barely a few hundred out of many thousands on each site). As for BreadmanGames and Demon Deals - even with similar rules as the other two sites, Subscribestar hasn't really cracked down on enforcing their rules as the other two sites. So, for now, the game is able to roll along.

That bill does not do what you have been told it will do, nor does it seem that you know who the group is that is claiming responsibility for getting games removed from Steam and Itch. It's been known since the start of development that she is going to have content in every release but that it will be a slow build up. Early on, the developer stated that consummation with Leslie won't be until v0.10-ish.
