When Leslie/Lilith aka Dr. Faust measured him it was 18, but some positive talk gave it a 1 inch boost! Before the contract, he was normal. Just going by the story line. Visually in the game, there really isn't any exact measurements or changes.

FYI, the .25 version coming next is an experiment, and not a definitive norm going forward. Version 07.5 was going to be too big, so he branched off the Dr Faust/Chief Juggs part into 07.25. I would actually welcome .25 version smaller increments because it could potentially make for more updates in a calendar year. The negative is, the development team is too small to pull of having more incremental updates in a calendar year.

Okay so it didn't fall under the family focus update, but in a way it was going to be too big, long and hence he branched it off/ahead. This has proven my point that having your subs vote so much on the next characters messes up story arcs. Once in a while having a character voted in the next update is good, but doing it too much complicates things going forward. Frankly whom is included in a next update should be a bit of a mystery. If I was doing it, I would mix up both family and other characters in each update according to how the story was pre time lined.
(I have celiac disease and can only eat Breadman games without dying )Yeah so originally it was mixed up, around 0.5 Bread decided to section off the family so that they could be deal with all together, rather than in one focus update having some ash/cassie (pick one) and the next having a different fam girl a little bit.
It's probably going to take 6+ months for this .25 update, and we'll just end up with everything taking even longer to come out in the end, and you'll still be like "omg, keep doing what you're doing!", even though everything is slowing down, disgusting.
Dude blasts out 40% of the animations in 2 weeks, even says they are the more complex ones (implying what is left is simplet).
