Amira won't be eligible to vote until the 0.10 focus update (during 0.09's development) as Sophia won the 0.8 vote. So none of the girls in the teacher category can be voted on.

There will be 'bonus' content in the far future visiting some of the girls who have had their arcs.

Aside from Sophia, where pregnancy is a key part of her arc, the rest of the girls will probably be shown towards the end/epilogue from what the Dev team has said so far.
