Thankfully I met my team through the game, we didn't know each other before hand so, while I do consider them friends now, the relationships were made through professional development and mutual desire to see the game succeed

Progress Log - 2024/07/07
Smaller jump this week due to the holiday and having to be away from work for multiple days. Still made jumps in both code and art though so it's a win for me all things considered. Plugging along this coming week with more art, I'm hoping to get some bigger chunks done but the way I'm working through these last few scripts it's kinda up and down, some need a ton of art, some very little, so it's hard to predict if I'll have a week with a big jump or a normal one like this. We'll see.
Stream tomorrow, Date Night Doodles, should be fun, and Teaser on Wednesday, maybe a sketch on Thursday, we'll have to see. Have a great week, stay cool out there!

Haha no but I do, and I'm trying to be better about taking that time. Even before I started this project, I'm just an over-worker I think. Whether it was washing dishes or unloading trucks, I tie a lot of my self-worth to how 'good' of a job I feel like I'm doing (and it's almost always never enough). I'm working on it though, the team helps with me recognizing where the lines should be
Just be careful, burning out goes very fast when it starts.
