Progress Log - 2025/03/09

Steady progress, a decent jump this week and the quality of animation is coming out great. Not much new stuff to talk about, just working through this last third of the animation bar.

Redraw stream tomorrow, Sofia's intro in the hallway scene - remember that we just had Daylight Savings so the time may be off by an hour for you - then we got new polls on Wednesday for the $5+ tiers deciding the v.08 girl!

I don't have the full picture but I will risk saying anyway.
These redraw streams are the best course of action for remastering old content; It doesn't steal the focus of the main updates, give donors a nice extra without spoiling the new update, and can be done continuously during the whole production of the game.

So often, we see other creators fall into the pitfall of going back to remake stuff, spending months, if not years, and ending up with whole updates with effectively no new content.

Also, I just got to the Saturday scene where you choose whether or not to continue Leslie's route (I chose "yes"), and partway through their conversation, the game crashed, and just closed.

Did you open and load your save and then try again? Did it crash again? If so, which version are you playing? Have you done any modifications to the game?

Also, you are saving regularly, right? (like rotating about 3 to 6 save slots by saving each in game morning?)

I am saving each morning, so I won't have to go back very far to replay, but I haven't gotten back into it to try again, yet. It was rather late when it happened. I'll try it again later today.

Again, thank you! I just reloaded, and it ran without incident. Now, I just have to break into the church!
