This is the highest quality game I've played, I think it's appropriate that each split is 2 to 3 months, since it involves a lot of Animation, Coding and Drawing. If you don't like to wait, you can set aside 2000 dollars a month to dedicate only to this and come out faster. All good.
more money =/= faster. Whoever told you that lied to you. If you want something faster... and it is possible to be done faster, yes, it will cost more. But simply throwing more money at something does not necessarily mean it will be done faster.
