I don't play a ton of H-games, especially since working on this project I just don't have a lot of free time any more, but I'm not aware of any major projects where this is a feature. Is this a thing I'm not aware of or are you asking for a novelty thing here?
Like personally, to me, looping during scenes makes sense because it's sex and it can/should go as long as the player wants, but an orgasm is a finite experience it only lasts for so long haha I feel like it would break immersion (I know, funny a game as goofy as this one is worried about immersion) to just have MC busting for 10 minutes on a loop
I think there might be a few games where you get the option to replay the money shot loop.
I'm not aware of any that has the guy cuming forever and ever until you click on.

Some games like Free Fuck Ticket or Yarimon feature cum loops, but they do it in the gallery. Some other more modern did it right in the game, but I can't remember their names right now. But it feels like more and more developers are doing this in modern times.
However, you could make that optional so players who don't like it can turn it off. But I find it much more immersion-breaking if sex scenes just throw me into a static image, because the sex scenes in motion are so vivid and then in the best moment, you're just getting kicked out of the experience.
Another way, the middle ground, would be idle animations, but that's more work for you.. and from experience in the games above, cum loops are really hot because they extend the best part (more-so than an idle animation). I'd personally be happy if orgasm scenes just don't end automatically but leave me the choice to move on.

Actually, we know. Cassie is only in the family updates (versions like 5.5, 6.5, etc.). The next one probably will come out no sooner than June 2026.

Man, I was gonna write a whole ass paragraph explaining how the team develop their updates, but as you're pulling numbers out your ass, I'll pull my answer from the same place.
Whilst I don't expect it to be cut in half, I expect the dev cycles to be shorter. Especially as 6.5 was an odd one out with the amount of content Bread crammed in.
