Or if you mean a facepalm reaction, there was one.
Originally it was effectively a dislike button that removed 1 like from your like count. So of course it was quickly abused and often including organised and coordinated "attacks"... So it got changed to counting as a like, before it got removed/changed to the "Angry" reaction last year.

Then it's a good thing that at no point did I say, imply or infer that they are the same thing, and instead gave an explanation of what something was, and the changes it underwent.

It's not about the angle, it's about the proportions. They are a bit off in any angle you draw. Here's a real life reference. Compare it to your drawing. IRL the penis glans is the biggest part, foreskin is super tight around the penis, it's not damming up until the point where it's on the same level with the glans. It looks like some medical abomination on the MC.

It's not meant of be anatomically correct, and that's a good thing. Real dicks come in all forms and shapes, and most of them wouldn't be all that pleasant to look at.
