My guess is that while incest is part of Bread's original artistic vision, he's also preparing for distribution of the game via platforms that aren't friendly to that particular kind of fetish content, so eventually there'll be a version of the game available on Steam or wherever with all the icky incest taken out for you. But I wouldn't expect it until the game is a lot closer to finished.

There's no need to take anything out. Adding an intro where the player can input the relationships on their own is enough.
