Fair enough. Do you have an idea for how you want to handle pregnancy mechanically? Is it going to be a chance like thing or is it automatic the first time you cum in a girl with that belly magic seal? Is this something all girls can become preggers or only certain characters? And if so which ones?

My guess would be it would just happen as part of the story, rather than being a % chance as so far the game has not been that kind of open world game.
Bread has said a few times that those who get marked (well Human Girls at least) are pregnant.

mother sister auntie and her doughter
In the sequel, the main character has to impregnate his daughters, transported 20 years in time, there is also a side quest in which he travels back in time and becomes his own father.
Demon Deals 2: Time for incest

Just to try make people aware, there have been no plans announced by the Devs for a sequel to Demon Deals.
Bread has an idea for a game based in the CoK universe, but he wants to finish DD first before he even starts really planning another game, let alone make one
