Where do I stand? I don't think F95 likes to be referred to as a Pirate Site. It's a site to ... share games for ppl that don't want to pay per month fees or don't have the means to pay for adult games.

If by He you mean the person that leaks it, that's what I said, and sure.
If by He you mean Breadman? That's insane. They already upload to 3 different DL sites. But having 1 comprimised means people rush to the other 2, which overloads them in turn.

The creator just has to change the password assigned to the link. But to email that to all your paid subs is a pain in the butt.

You can change the name with item in inventory called Change Name. If the save doesn't have it in inventory, can buy it at Sal's Market.

I always wait for the public version if i am not supporting. That way you can be more secure about bugs or little things the dev has to fix. Never had a problem with that plus i respect the Dev of this game.

Oh and if its just a week who cares.

That is a good point, rather than having to rely on someone leaking fixes if there is something quest breaking

In the past apk was not part of the beta to avoid breaking mobile saves. Will have to see tomorrow if that changed.
