I honestly don't know this but, is it not legal to own that game outside of Japan? I mean, why would be? Stuff like Black Souls are sold in the west.

It's an old game from when the laws were a lot more lax. Now this shit ain't illegal, but not "completely legal" either.
Outright illegal in certain countries, though. Like Australia, the UK and Norway. In countries like the US, it's even legal to be a pedophile, what's illegal is to abuse and molest actual children. However, possession of lolicon content is never good. Because if you get accused of diddling kids, if the feds find lolicon content in your computer then they can use it against you in court.
Can anyone tell me how to actually get scenes in the bad end dungeon? Is everything there the short scenes in the execution dungeon or are there others too?
Why would that be shocking? Pedophilia is a mental condition, being attracted to minors. You can get therapy for it.
Fictional content involving minors in sexual situations is usually in grey area in many countries; it's just usually not defined clearly in law. Morally speaking if no minors are hurt then people should be fine with it. Steam can do whatever they decide which usually is on a safer side, or whatever mastercard and visa force them to do which are being pressured by crappy religious organizations in the first place. It's the reason pornhub banned unverified content, you still cant buy videos on modelhub, and why r18.com is closing. They have monopoly on card transactions so they can do whatever the fuck they want, and they're the real problem here.

Though we could argue that even if it were 100% legal, it would still be problematic. I mean, imagine you're playing a vanilla wholesome lovey dovey game and boom suddenly there's NTR and bestiality forced upon you. Jarring to say the least, huh?
It's the same here. People don't really expect to see kids getting raped in their porn. Although if it's Japanese, they ought to expect it, I mean there's only like 5% of Japanese games without a hint of children in them.
Personally? I'm OK with lolicon existing and I would vote to just make it legal.

Yes, how dare they add content the vast majority of people don't like in a game seemingly marketed for "mass appeal" or whatever the equivalent is in hentai. If at least they made it optional, that would be another story, though.
Unless, obviously, weebs actually do live up to their reputation of being all "neoteny enjoyers" and children getting railed is in smack middle of their target.
I'm sure you'd love some actual bear x bear gay scenes being forced on you when you're jacking it off to lolis getting tortured, right?
I'm sure the tags will make up for it, since it's going to be tagged as such regardless if the content is forced or optional.

Not quite. Federally, they get really fucking tired of all the false reports with lolicon in it. They're looking for tracings of actual children, drawings explicitly drawn FROM real life children(Shadman/Shadbase did that to Keemstar's kid in one notorious example), and CESM(Child Exploitation Sexual Material). They don't give a rat's ass about fictional characters, no matter how degenerate it is. What'll get you in real hot water is CESM. Questionable bits are those "tasteful nudes" involving naked children that aren't sexualized. Artists sometimes use them for references in drawing, but the bulk that use them are perverts.
Some states are a bit harsher, but in general, it's legal to have lolicon, due to it not being remotely "realistic".
Edit: Just to clarify, it's not that they've never tried to prosecute mind you. I remember those old cases too. It's that those cases didn't just have lolicon in there, and it wasn't used to determine the case ultimately. The ones where it was just lolicon ultimately got overturned due to it not meeting the legal definition of CP at the time.

I need help, dunno if my game is glitched or im missing something. Im in the second part of the game(I think) just right after conquering all of the bottom continent. Our friendly demons have turned on us and im at the part where I tp'ed to the old arena area where I must jump down the hole in the cave with fairy golems to get to the apothecary. The only problem is I cant find the exit from the fairy golem hole, is my game glitched? Am I in the wrong spot? I clicked all around that stupid cave and cant get out, anyone have an idea?

You can also get that same item from the Bad End dungeon, so if you plan on going there you might save your coins. This dungeon hides locked chest combinations and items to weaken certain bonus bosses on certain floors, but the progression there is gated to how many companions you have (I think). Some battles you can't avoid and that usually kills off a character that you later need to revive. One more body usually means one more battle and perhaps one more floor down.
Though I have found a secret passage in one of the floors that lets you skip a fight (in the spoiler), which makes me think that even in that dungeon there are a crapload of secrets that could help you get further in...

If you're at the part I think you're at, it's a bit misleading, you don't actually jump down into the hole in the middle of the arena. There should be a dark doorway/gate looking thing in the area that'll take you to the right zone.
Great game but who the fuck gave a porn game the right to drop a bigger truth bomb than all the AAA games I've ever played combined

I wish the game did not have any shota content. Other than that, the gameplay and the story are okay. Very deficient in H-content and its varieties though. This is more like an RPG game with added H-content in the end.
