I was wondering the same but Part 1 came out first and then later Part 2 was released. You don't actually need to download Part 1 tho, since it seems Part 2 has all of it, so you can play both parts on that.
I get the game had a bunch of issues, bugs and errors, but I'm not really a fan of how this reworked version plays out - But, I get he did what he had to do to make it work. At least he tried to find a solution instead of abandoning like other devs do when they hit a roadblock.
Good thing is that his next game will not be taking this new approach tho.

Damn, it took me all the way to part 2 before I realized that we don't really make choices in this game. Consider me immersed.

last update december 2023. the dev was fed up being insulted (peps dont like ''suprise'' sharing). so am douptfull he will ever come back to it since it was a side thing he did in his free time

that's too bad. i feel like the criticism was a louder-smaller crowd than the quieter-happy crowd.
