I'll fix both of issues in a future version, thank you.
Issue with goblin is a bit weird, you can probably save before sending expedition and try it several times. One folk tells me that reinstalling of the game helps. Most doesn't have this issue, so with a bit of experimentation you should be able to get around it and see the scene.

So what's the deal with giving the correct amount of spanks in the church? Is it by sound that I should be counting? Cuz a girl says she needs 15 to 25 I interpret that as somewhere in the range of 15 to 25 but then I get punished for giving 16. In one instance I hit stop at the correct amount for about 5 girls, and it usually would give 1 more, say I listen for 15, then click stop at 15 and then one more sound plays alongside the animation. All is fine, but then on the 6th girl I click stop at 15, 1 more sound goes off, and then I get punished for the incorrect amount. So, it doesn't seem like 15 to 25 is a range of being the correct number. Seems like it's one or the other.
Is there even a reward right now for completing all the punishments because until it makes sense, I don't really want to attempt it again.

The number of girls' spanks ends on an even number. This means that if you stop at 19, she will also hit the 20th.

I found a small bug; when in the beastman village, after talking to Racksha the first time, I talked to her a second time after looking at the dragon bones, when asked "about her", the dialog was backwards (the PC's dialog was coming from Racksha and Racksha's dialog was being spoken by the PC). Hopefully that makes sense
