The story starts out fine in an a VN/anime kind of way, but eventually gets pretty bad by turning into pure porn logic.

It's kind of strange that Imogen or the other girls don't ask MC to move into his house, and he doesn't offer, maybe they will move too, but for now MC doesn't even offer it even if they are pregnant, it's strange, maybe they don't belong to the circle of "main girls" and they are just "side girls", although it is strange when one girl is pregnant and moves to mc to live with the rest of the harem already, and the other is also pregnant and also loves MC but will see him only once a week, their children will ask - how does it work?This is illogical, and Imogen for example has a lot of scenes, and she and other girls can be pregnant too and she has a pure love path

Well it seems that I installed the update patch and then the Uncensor Patch worked fine for me in my folder that had version 9 p1 where I stayed in the orgy of pregnant women XD

Yeah that should work. First the update only patch and then the uncensor patch. Need to be that order to have the correct scripts.
So I might be asking a dumb question but does the android version come already patched with the uncensor patch?

It's the incest patch...I mean if you want that then yes you need it, if you don't want that content then no don't use it.
I've not played the game much, but sometimes they write the story so it can be enjoyed both ways, with patch or without.
