Oh yes, it does. That's the entire point of Cartel's violence for example. They record the shit they do to their enemies to instil fear in everyone.
The game world is merciless and violence is common in every settlement we have seen. You have the option to not rape the girl, I didn't, but the General had to die one way or another because he opposed Zeta and Zaton. I think the way the raiders did it was good, because nobody in that place will try anything against them after that.

Bring her back into the fold, but not without a little bit of penance.

I was finally able to get it going.
I downloaded v13 again and without any mods i loaded up my last save and finally the dream sequence for Shani was triggered.
Once i was able to visit the queen again i reloaded the mod and continued on.

Well, it's just my conjecture. But it would make sense and I would like to see that path developed.

I think it's just an excuse to exercise someone's power over an innocent soul. I'm not trying to be moral here. It's a game after all as been said. I understand that out of curiosity we try such things. But to fantasize about it and have (save) it as a part of you main playthrough you must be a real sick fuck.That's the entire question.
But the devs gave the option. I did take the option to see the scene (before going back and chosing the other option) and I did find it hot.
But as Ragnar also said, Zaton's job is just to take the settlement. The General opposes that and therefore he must go. But while he does not appear to be an entirely pleasant person, to put it mildly, just stabbing him in the neck would also have solved the issue.
On a Macchiavellian level, does raping Kitty and brutally murdering the General give Zaton any future advantage? I don't really think so.

It's a human condition. Sometimes you (as an individual) agree on this "guilt by association", sometimes not. I guess it depends on the circumstances and your own opinion on these circumstances.

I cant do that because there is no options to do that, like I said, its stuck on a bug and there is nothing to do.

A shame the dev put so much effort into rendering violence instead of giving Shani the option to edge her way out if it. Would have preferred a montage of her appealing to her inner succubus and wrapping her victims in a web of promises of sexual release. In the end she only did the thing she was supposed to do and came out basically unscathed. Not a real character arc if you'd ask me.

A Realy nice game
enjoyed the world, grafics and people i meet.
there was some to love and some to hate all ways nice
personaly i would have loved to raid the decayeded train station and save those poor girls xD
would have loved the ability to explore the areas more
some random encouters with the people we meet in the areas around the world, that could improve or decrease there view of the player depending on actions
but all in all a nice experience

honestly shocked by how cleanly her time in the Zone ended. In the earlier updates this game got pretty fucking dark so I definitely expected some more fucked up shit. It wasn't that long ago that the Stalker killed a guy and claimed his sister as "spoils of war".
