It says it's a beta right in the title...v0.13 BETA. There isn't going to a whole lot of difference in the beta vs public besides some fixes here and there, maybe a few extra renders, and some dialogue fixes, and so forth.

WOULD BE NICE if some modder like shaddy,scrappy,shaddy,koga3,etc will get over this one
