Yes. I've played and watched a lot of post-apo stories. Nothing you've listed is new, it's common Mad Max or Fallout stuff, and societies with this kind of nihilistic 'survival of the fittest' outlook, while rare and doomed to fail, are not impossible.
Nine inches dongs and breasts bigger than the head, on the other side, are not common in entertainment, even in porn. But at least it's not too unrealistic, indeed. It's just the frequency of the trope that makes me roll my eyes. I still wish the MC and Ain has more believable assets, but it is what it is.
What amuses me is that the dev already shrinked the MC's dick apparently, downgrading from 'Tsar Bomb' to 'Fatman' according to the changelog. Gotta wonder what kind of rocket launcher he was packing before.
