(Bit of a necro reply, but) yea, another one would be the thermae scene with Shani & the Queen. Very hot (at least or especially when you've been dominant/aggressive). I was writing some findings down of my 0.17 beta playthrough. I thought this particular scene could have been a few notches hotter even if:
- Shani starts kissing the queen (instead of just leaning forward to her talking her up);

Still would have been more realistic she would have been chained up as well. She can practically move freely and have a chance to lash out or something. So it does mean he has to put more effort in to rework Ain's punishment (which is the reason it's missing from the beta I suppose).

As for Kyra in the basement, I haven´t reached to that part yet. If you´re talking about Ain´s punishment, when Kyra is in a cage watching, then I have two thoughts: if Kyra is free to move around, I hope she can be involved in the punishment somehow. If she isn´t involved, then she probably should be restrained somehow. After all she´s a prisoner at the time.
I´ll just say that if she´s involved in Ain´s punishment, it would be hotter (for me), if she was in the cage.

Yeah old saves won't work because of all the reworked content, Ren'PY version updates, + internal code changes made to the game which makes previous saves from V0.16 incompatible.
Dev team recommends starting V0.17 with a new save so you're gonna wanna start from scratch. Anyways, lots of new reworked content in the early game so its worth your while to play through from scratch again ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧
