Agreed, seems like nowadays content creators who want to express their passion for their stories and imaginative worlds always get thrown a 'roadblock' because some politician or legislator just wants to stifle their creative talents based on some nonsensical assertions they make with the game and tying it back to "religion" and whatnot.....
Can someone tell me if this is happening based on game choices or if it´s a bug?

I presume it is because you are missing an event/some sort of preceding/prerequisite variable that is preventing their scenes from propping up...maybe you have to make more progress across their routes...IIRC you should be able to summon Kateryna, Fairy I don't recall you being able to summon just yet (unless someone else can correct me on that....)....Huh, devs gotta create a fake acc now and upload "3rd party iMod"? It's beyond an insurance and closer to a harrasment.
Nah, I'm pretty sure if a popular game like TES doesn't have some porn, it's a personal challenge for some modders... And these mods will be top100, if not top10

I looked and didn't see a compressed version on that page or before or after.
Always look for the exclamation points. If there are two, look at your mission log to see if an order is suggested between the two. If not, then you just take them as you wish. So far I haven't run into anything that excludes anything other than choosing whether to be a reasonably decent version of human versus a brutal asshole, though there are some mutually exclusive decision paths (what you do with the girl from the Hive, whether you rescue someone or not, etc.)

I'm not up to date (release 12, I think was my last download) and I don't remember there being four. If the log doesn't suggest one over another in the order, chose what you will. I remember doing a save point and taking a different order for two major "missions", but I ended up in the same place eventually with both of them.
I am also not able to access Kateryna or Fairy after completing the game content in the living room. Shani was available for me, which launched a scene with Kat. I did not have a solo scene with Shani, not sure if that's the case for everyone or because of choices I made. I never chose any romance or sexual options for her throughout.
I recommend first downloading the walkthrough if you haven't to make sure you are following the correct path if you are having these problems. Having said that, at first glance, you are probably on the wrong path, or perhaps have an earlier version of v0.15.
So Kateryna is not grayed out for you in the living room? I don't think I missed any of the interactions with her and always picked being more forward. For Fairy I went with the healing path and am not interested in the other paths.
