The only possible hint from the devlog is:
Igor repeatable visit: 0%
And we don't know if that's going to be a recycled scene (such as being able to choose Ain or Emilia to pleasure him, or the Kateryna scene... or if it's to return back to his home) or if it will be a brand new event.
I mean, Igor fucked Zahra, Ain and Cat already. there must be a scene with Emilia at some point.

If you talk about penetration, he may receive a BJ from Ain or Emilia during his first visit, and have anal sex with Ain if she's chosen to entertain Igor alone when visiting him (he mentions he knows Zaton wouldn't be okay with him doing the other hole) and can have vaginal sex with Kateryna. Yeah, there's a sharing scene with Igor when you visit his house with Ain and Zahra in tow. You can choose to share both Ain and Zahra with Igor, or just one or the other. For Ain, there is an anal sex scene if Zaton just chooses to share Ain with Igor during the house visit.
For me personally, I liked the scene a lot, from what I recall of it. I mean netorase content is cool and all, but I can live without it even if it is not really touched upon much in V0.17. Certainly not a deal breaker for me personally speaking.
