Not really, it doesn't trigger on my v17.1 version either. It just skip through it. But yes there are still many many bugs need to be fixed.

The issue is that scene could've been moved to any other point later in the story.
Instead it got deleted.
And no feedback is accepted or reconized.
Just nod your head, pay up piggie and hope we don't censor more of the game.

I think the bigger mystery is why a handful of people are losing their shit over it and derailing the thread into this dumb argument over that one blowjob scene. The tone of the scene really didn't change because Zaton still literally has Ain's mother sucking him off while she watches. That specific change happened because it was flagged by Patreon due to the angles of renders making Ain look younger than she is. Instead of fighting them over it, the devs opted to make a very minor, reasonable change instead of risking consequences from Patreon or Steam.
Is it censorship? Yeah. Very minor censorship. Not the first time it's happened in Desert Stalker, even with Ain. Was the scene so important that it worth risking getting kicked off of lucrative platforms over? Fuck no it wasn't.

This particular segment was always dependent on the relationships set if I recall correctly.

Oh I don't know. Maybe to when the MC returns from Ivy's place? Or the Mutant base you slept over at? Plenty of times the MC returns from a long overnight trip where you could've put that hot scene of Zahra welcoming you homr. But they didn't and won't.

ZetanDS made it point that he won't talk to the peasants and Cynical and Paz can only apologize and explain but in the end they don't make any decisions and are just here to damage control - not to actually listen to feedback.
In the end it's a question if you care about censorship and if not feel free to ignore us and carry on.
For me I'll look forward to seeing if anybody makes a mod that puts the scene back but I won't hold my breath. In any case I have better games to play.

Til i see the day the game remove all the intensive incest, forceplay, gore and not adding anymore sex in the future then i'll call it Censored. Until then if it just a minor 2-3 renders within a scene got modified or removed that isn't important to the whole general, i'll digest.
