The discipline level escalates like crazy later - my best suggestion is to bathe in the river, sea or hot springs with all 3 girls regularly, but do all exploration in pairs aiming to go through their respective events. I posted a save earlier with discipline at around 30.000.

I think you cant, you need to start new playthrough. You can lower stress through chatting if you have affinity higher than 200, putting salt on food, through sex. If you have enough achivement points you can get upgrades or transfer some items into next playthrough. Also its also important to maintain immunity for which you eat food like wild grass or fruit otherwise you will get a cold or plague.

Explore Northwest until u find Ruins, if u have found the ruins, explore ruins 20 time or more until u find book to unlock it

It's been a while since I had a game suck me in this much. Ended up playing 2 days straight lmao! The survival aspect is pretty great.
Being able to able to carry over some of your progress in your next playthrough is a pretty darn good addition. Carrying over the skills I've already learned was a great help.

Thank you so much, I have a save on 4 day before. I wish i can lower her stress before she gone. ( achivement points is only used for next playthrough? i think i might restart my game)
Achievement points is used when, after you get either an ending or a game over, you are met with an option to start a new game+.
Not sure if its just bugged or i did something wrong but even though i have everyones relationship high i cannot progress with Akemi or Shizuha at all. Has anyone had this issue or is it normal to be stuck with one for a while? Are there certain things i need to do first like at task or taking them somewhere specific?

it's the game's generous way to say she went crazy and either got herself killed or committed suicide. Because going out alone in that wilderness in the middle of the night is a sure way to get yourself killed.
Only way to deal with it is play the game until you finish and either get a different girl's route or get a game over and try to keep her around next run. Don't feel too bad though, mine got ganged up on by wolves and mauled to death defending the base.

Make sure you bring all the girls to the onsen in southwest every day, and talk to them once the stress caus them to sleep poorly. Stress management is the key to this game.
Did you read the ingame walkthrough? They require specific actions to further develop the relationship.

the lack of Visual for facilities kinda bummer, no upgrade for facilities, or repair option either.
