I don't know if you already have an answer to this or if you figured it out yourself.

as soon as there's a chance, the girl receives a buff that you can see under her status. During the days the buff is active, you can still prevent the pregnancy with a potion. (See screenshot)

Once the buff expires, she'll talk to you, and from that moment on, she'll be pregnant and no longer available for your party.

However, this only works if you are far enough along in your relationship with her that she also wants to have a child.

Noted. Iv been just pulling out everytime because I wasn't sure I was gonna get a visual notification that one of them got pregnant, iirc the other game I liked by this creator (Lonely wife 2) didn't give you a visual indicator that she got pregnant

fortunately, there an option to unlock all scenes in the gallery

here NG+ save with all enhancement, some tools and items. not sure how to re-lock the scene so i leave it as is xD

Guys I have crafted a forgetfulness medicine to reset SV but I am unable to do so. It says you have to use it in status screen but there are no buttons to do so in status screen

Click on the 'i' button in bottom left for hints to trigger events

in case you haven't found how to reset the SV

the first one is the scene for morality level 0
the second one is just as what the hint says. Don't go during rainy day though.
