The updated mod has been added to the OP 
Others have said the mod works with the patch but it's the opposite for me, I'm not sure why. I've followed the instructions to install the mod but I don't see the green text.

If I remeber right, it only highlights choices that matter in some way, I think everything else is dealer's choice.
The patch is basically 1 line, no reason it wouldn't work with the mod. Make sure you've installed the mod correctly.
