The $40,000 day passive income was my single biggest bottleneck, I don't think you could reach that high until very end game, and at this point, the ranch is just... really.... a waste of time, as it makes you SO much money, its rather pointless honestly.... besides more characters and sex scenes [and NOW India/stepmom requires it, which is sad]
Would dev have a list of all possible passive incomes? so we could know what to shoot for, please?
^does the bordelo/stripclub actually add to the passive amount and just goes into the safe instead of players inventory????
cause if it does NOT add to the players passive income stat, just because it goes into the safe instead,
just means getting ranch is harder.
Unless it gives both: passive player income, as well as putting $ into the safe at stripclub.
Quest guide says "talk to mother in kitchen"...but that isn't an option...this is the problem when you "reinvent things with every other release, creating bugs on top of bugs, ya know, fixing things that weren't broken.

Sadly, some of the walkthrough only show some of the step(s) requirement(s).
Some times there are a couple or even a few things for a step, a lot of it was given out as text/dialogue in a previous steps event, usually something like 'phone' or 'go here first' or 'buy this', or 'upgrade house', etc.
I know, because I've ran into same situation, which I usually didn't pay enough attention to the dialogue in previous events.
And some walkthrough steps can't be triggered in same day for the same person (always exceptions), and takes at least one sleep to show next event icon.
Dev is aware of all this already. They may update some of the walkthrough in a future update.

Go to the Forest and read the flavor text it should mention something being in a certain direction
so i cant do the 400k house upgrade because the picture isnt loading or am i missing something in order to do it?
hi there im having 2 issues with games there are 2 Locked characters but whatever i do they wont unlock "To unlock this character, you must follow the storyline of the strange house. To start, go to the park. You will need a car and have been in the game for at least 45 days." ive got all cars and well past 45 days
secondly This is only available if you have chosen a teacher's job. My bedroom. under Aubrey but again nothing seems to happen this is all what is left for me to do

I think the very very begining of the Strange House quest line, is meeting the bums in the park and giving them vodka?
Then just follow them up in the outskirts > forest > strange house ?
Aubrey, I think her only teacher quest, is IF you first get Romi job as a teacher, then you can then also get Aubrey a job as a teacher. At least, that is how I did it.
[so if you chose a different job for Romi, you can't get it? though I'm not 100%]
How do I unlock the dungeon? It has the button to buy it but it’s greyed out. I looked at the hint and it says to help the priest but he says he has no more jobs for me. What do I do? Also how much is it to buy?

Exclusive Shop: $10,000
Gym: $20,000
Bordello Boom Boom: $5,000
Nightclub: $8,000
Massage Parlour: $2,000
Local Shop: $300
Tattoo Parlor: $500
Additionally, you can earn from scalable activities, such as:
Programming on the main character's computer.
Helping Christin grow her social media presence.
Passive income does not include the money the girls earn in the brothel.
I'm thinking of adding something new, namely an option to create a mining farm for cryptocurrencies, since I already have a sp500 exchange and crypto added in v1.20. However, this also won't give a typical passive income, as the idea is to sell at the right time to make money.
The Rancho will also get its extension, as it is not done perfectly now, and the potential for this location is huge. I also need to solve the problem with the economy in the game to make it more reasonable, maybe the stock market and the ability to invest will balance it out a bit.
This was not a fix, it was just expanding the story and taking it to a new level of quality. The dialog in the previous event clearly states that you need to buy a phone, I will add that to the walkthrough. It's not a bug if you don't read the dialog.
True, there were two events for the stepmother that only indicated where the next event would occur, but did not repeat requirements such as buying a phone and renovating a house for level 2. I added both notes in the fix, which is in the post on the 1st page with links.

After update 1.19, my house returned to the basic level as it was at the beginning of the game and the ranch disappeared
This was in the update from 1.18, so if you havent played since then, that is why
Okay, new problem I ran into, I kinda skipped Justin's family's content and already own the Rancho, but now I'm stuck with Callie's quest cause it says I need to meet Aria and THEN buy the Rancho...except Aria is already at the Rancho...IDK what to do, if you can buy the Ranch through the stepmom quest, there should be some kind of check with Callie's quest.
