There are a few netori scenes, where you bang sexually unfulfilled milfs and a single clearly indicated scene series in the mall, where a different guy tells you about how his wife cheated on him. There are no substantial NTR-s, and from what I remember, no scenes where you are the one getting cucked.

How to access the nursing home. For some reason i can't unlock it, is there a new method to get there or am i being stupid?

Presumably because the scenes with the perverted family in the woods were removed a few versions ago. It wasn't really my cup of tea but one or two scenes (not featuring scat) were hot, in a sick way.

Updated to 1.04 and then tried downloading the patch but I keep getting alerted to the patch being a Wacatac trojan. Can anyone confirm if this is a false positive?
