Sadly there is no walkthrough in their portrait there after you clear everything.
I think some events can be seen only after youmay progress in other quests.
Maybe some skills are needed too.
Strange that you cleared alredy everyone there except her.
Or maybe some bug with her quest and softlocked.

The walkthrough gets a little lost here. I meant to fix it, but I always forget. Before continuing, you need to complete one event with Rose's mother. She should return after a week.

If you refused to bring her furniture, the only option is to use the command. Press F12 in your browser, enter the console, and type:
SugarCube.State.variables.romistory = 1
When you click on their avatars, what information do you see? That this is the end of their story?
After unlocking the "Bodybuilder" skill, my energy dropped to 40 and hasn't increased since. How can I fix this?

Generally: Save game to disk in one version, load game from disk in the other.
But the game got a reset with version 1.18, so you might as well just start a new game. Get a clean break with less risk of bugs carrying over.
