I don't remember the sequence you need the barrel I think not the pot, you need the old stove, add sugar and water, then add the pipes. I believe that is the correct items.

I'm having some issues with Kinuski's quest. I've bought the sniper and done the shooting training but I don't see any access to the office roof ... Not sure if I am missing something or if there were a bug.
I've been able to unblock it by modifying the save and skipping this scene to the next Kinuski's quest step but I'd like to see what happens here.
Anyone can help ?
