Btw. Is it possible to modify story variables by console? I know some games make it possible via SugarCube and would be much faster than saveeditonline... especially that page have limits and cooldown.
Btw2. Are gypsies coming back after I gave them 5000? Or I failed by giving them money and should reverse this decision?

I seem to be having a tech problem with Claudia. I've cleaned her pool and done her yard until she told me to stop, and I've reached the point in the family dinners where she's just saying "I hope it was good" over and over again. Her walkthrough had told me to meet her in the living room for weeks, but she's never there. I think it's a glitch of some kind. Any advice?

To do renovations, you have to have a phone, at least, as well as a car to go Downtown. It should just trigger. If not, check the bulletin board.
