Can anybody tell me what exactly is needed, to get the option to buy the rancho at the PC? Have you fully upgraded your stepmothers house? Finished the dungeon in the church? Just guessing as I haven't got there on this version but on the last version I had to do just about all other content to get the rancho.
On the nursing home. I had a hunch that getting a car was what triggered it for me but I'm sure you have one by now. Did you skip the cheap car? Could that be the trigger?
Go upgrade your shelter to the maximum level and then there will be hotel missions that involve nightclubs.
The Forest is by far the worst part of the game. No way I can see to know where to go, or even how many steps are required. At the moment this flat out kills the game, no way to get to mud > stalled there. No way to know where to go after jail > stalled there as well.
I found the issue and it was realy stupid, I didn´t buy the new (2nd) computer...

Can't buy ranch. Bought everything and finished all Giorgio quests (he is no where to be found). Am I doing something wrong?
