In the hotel you can order male or female companion, so i guess you played for 5 minutes and complain about it

btw if you hacked shooting skill , you ahould set it to 9 then it will apear again ( max is 10 for learning in forest i blelieve)
I have no idea what to do with the people in the strange house, other than the hunting helper and the woman who wants wood?
If you have bought a computer at the shit shop twice, you can at some point use it and buy the ranch.

you had to buy the 2 stores in the city and buy 2 computers so that it increases and can buy the runche (quest house forest + hospital + retirement home quest finish if possibly)
For the house in the forest you must collect 1000+ wood for the house and the quests (a hace and possible to find a little further in the forest), you must also buy cigarettes - alcohol - porn magazine in the forest store. the city

Alright, didn't know there's a forest store. Guess I'll just have to walk around in the forest till I find it.
EDIT: Nope. Can't find any forest store. Only the bunker. And none of the stores in the city seems to sell cigarettes , alcohol and porn magazines. Is there something I need to do first to make the store appear?

Can't remember. But it only happens after you've played through a lot (most?) of the game. Makes sense, since it's really expensive to buy, but also earns you a ton of money once fully upgraded.

Haven't played for a bit waiting on more updates so I don't remember that's why I didn't list them. I just know I had to meet certain criteria had to own 2 stores or something and completed other quests to get the option to buy the ranch
