maybe not, did you click justin's portrait in the walkthrough? That might give a hint. I think you can give him a pill. The game does want you to give him bigger lips, breasts, ass. I am a few patches behind, but there was not much to do with Justin at that time.

You can give "her" another pill to transform again.
